Here’s another one of the items that I have been procrastinating on….. but in my ‘get on with it for God’s sake’ mood, I finally got the ad done today.

The fountain has 20 different texturing options: 7 colours of marble, 7 stone textures & 6 different tiles; all quickly changed via our exclusive texture change menu. I’ve included a few snapshots below to show some of the other options:

The fountain is only 12 prims, includes soothing water sounds, and a lily pad floating gently in one corner. The perfect addition for your outdoor space, and with so many options you are bound to find one or more that suits your decor perfectly!

Yet again I’ve been neglecting my blog …… thought I was doing well until I realised I had a whole bunch of new stuff in store & none of it had made it onto here! I think my photography & photoshop skills are what slow me down, I make the stuff, then procrastinate endlessly on making up posters.. so here’s one of the new items, and I am going to work on pictures for the others today.

I love water features in RL, and wanted to try replicate some of these in SL. I have 6-7 new water features in store, first up is …..

I hope you all had a great Christmas, and wish you a happy & peaceful 2010. I don’t usually make NY resolutions, I can never seem to keep them past about mid january anyway, but I have resolved to keep this blog going – so here goes with my first post for 2010!

I decided I needed a change from building furniture so made some cute paper lanterns. They are 4 prims each & come in 15 gorgeous colours. Modifiable and scripted to turn on & off at a touch. You can buy them singly or in a choice of 2 fatpacks – copiable but no trans, or transfer no copy. Check them out in store here now.

Another updated item for you in store today – the deluxe version of the campfire. I’ve got rid of all the poseballs & added a cuddle menu in with some brand new animations – this is the first time I have used them, so I hope you will like them!  There are 50 animations in the menu, including massages & snuggles. I also added in some scatter cushions in lovely warm tones, each of which has a single pose built in, making this fire perfect for couples, and for hanging out with friends. The fire is modifiable too, so if you want to change the pillow textures to match your decor you can, or ask me & I will change them for you!

Coming next is a new furniture set, sofa, chairs, chaise & side table – watch this space!

The store is in 2 hunts for December, the Peace on Earth Hunt, and also Santa’s Lil’ Helper (SLH). The hunt runs from December 1st to 31st & you will be searching for a small red gift box. Ok, sorry, please forgive the lame pun I have both an update & a new release for you today.

  First off the new release, which is a small beach fire, surrounded by stones, that seats up to 5 people. All the poses are built in, so clicking a different stone, will give you a different sit. Made with some nice sculpties, the whole thing is only 10 prims, and ideal for hanging out with friends either at the beach, or in your garden.

The update for today is to my basic campfire. This has been my single best seller since I started my shop, but as with several items was in need of some updating. I replaced the poseballs with 5 built in poses, added in some sculpties & reduced the prim count down to just 3! If anyone would like to exchange an older version of this fire for the updated one please let me know & we can arrange that.

Next on the hit list is the Deluxe version of this campfire, which I am working on now. It will have a cuddle menu, with some brand new animations I just bought, as well as a number of single poses – watch this space for an update! Don’t forget you can get updates delivered to your inventory via the subscription updater group, join up by hitting the board at DB Designs

Another updated item in store – I actually set the new versions of these out a week or so ago, but didn’t get around to telling anybody The roof swings were one of the first items I ever made, & have been hugely popular from the outset, but were badly in need of an overhaul!

I changed out the pillows for some nice sculpted ones, got rid of the poseballs, added a small 3 pose cuddle menu & 3 single poses. In order for the cuddle menu to work properly I had to take out the swing element, so the seat is now static. Hence the new name – DB Designs Hanging Cuddle Chair! The changes reduced the prim count from 18 down to 11.

I made this updated version in the most popular colours, and added in 6 new designs in wicker, from white, natural & dark through to bright colours. There are 14 to choose from in all, some of which are pictured below.
